SEAL Team 3 is a "Military Realism Unit". This means we use a rank system and structure which, within limitations of the game, is as similar to that of a real SEAL Team in the United States Armed Forces. We utilize tactics that are used by real life combat personnel and we operate like personnel would in the field during a battle. However, we don't allow the soldiers' "ranks" to go to their head. Instead, we use our structure to provide a well-run and organized unit. We play the game, but our leaders also run training, operations, courses, and various schools. Some of our soldiers are former or current military, but many aren't as well. Our soldiers are all a minimum age of 16. To qualify as a SEAL Candidate in this unit, you must be at least 16 years of age.

While our soldiers do play various games, our foundation is based in ARMAII, utilizing the various addons to enhance our game play. As a Military Realism unit, we do hold drills and operations as well as regular public realism scenarios.
